I’m on a mission to help people live happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives. I’ve had a life-long interest in natural health and like many who work in the wellness sector, I have had my own health challenges along the way.
Through studying, I've experienced first-hand what impact changes to your diet and lifestyle - backed by the latest scientific research - can have on your physical and emotional wellbeing.
This has ignited a passion in me to want to help others discover the power of nutrition to transform their health and live vibrant and energetic lives.
I offer in-person sessions in Warwickshire and remotely wherever you are.
