I am an experienced speaker and workshop leader who has delivered talks on a range of subjects to a variety of groups over the years in the corporate, voluntary and education sectors. Group talks and presentations can be tailored to suit the audience on a variety of topics including: an introduction to nutrition, eating for energy, healthy ageing, stress busting, good gut health, understanding anxiety and depression, eating for weight loss, managing the menopause, and the healing power of nature
